2M Holdings Ltd (“2M”) has acquired Franken-Kosmetik-Chemiehandel GmbH & Co. KG (“FrankenChemie”), a privately held, distributor of specialty chemicals, based in Nuremberg, Germany. A purchase price was not disclosed.
